Will my card be charged immediately?
No. Your card is only authorized when you pay. We charge it only after confirming the cabin with the cruise line (about 1–2 business days). If unavailable, the authorization is voided automatically at no cost.
Can I choose a specific cabin number?
Cabins are booked as a guarantee: you choose a category (interior, oceanview, etc.) and the cruise line assigns the exact cabin before departure.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can check your booking status anytime using your booking reference and email.
What is the cancellation policy?
It varies by sailing and is shown on each sailing's page — typically a full refund (minus a fee) 90+ days before departure, 50% at 89–60 days, and no refund within 59 days.
What passport requirements apply?
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months. Taiwanese passport holders can enter Japan visa-free.
